RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
CV REVIEW:
At the first stage we will be reviewing your CV, paying attention to your qualifications and skills to see how they measure up against the competencies required for the job. Once a decision has been reached, you’ll receive an email letting you know whether or not you are invited to interview.

COMPETENCY REVIEW:
As a minimum you will be required to attend a competency based interview as part of the selection process, during which you will be assessed against the key competencies required for the role. You will be required to book onto an interview slot. You will be informed via email or contact phone.

ASSESSMENT CENTRE:
Assessment centres only apply to certain roles and will involve completing a series of tasks related to job applied for - these can include a mixture of presentation, group exercise and fact finding activities.

OFFER:
If successful, you should receive a phone/call from the recruiting manager.
